Our membership payments are processed by GoCardless. During the sign up process you will be asked to choose a membership category & process payment. GoCardless is a trusted company who offer safe and secure payments by setting up a direct debit request with your bank account. Isca HC pay GoCardless a membership fee to process our members subscriptions. The process is much quicker than setting up a BACS payment for our members. For our volunteers, the GoCardless system gives us a ‘live’ update of payments which has proved to be a huge improvement on previous years. You will either pay by 'one off payment' or by 'installments'. GoCardless processes both of these payment plans by way of direct debit. Rest assured, if you pay by 'one off payment' this is still termed as a direct debit instruction to your bank. It does not set up a regular or recurring payment, only for the amount for the selected membership category. For more information on GoCardless please visit their website.
We believe that our membership prices are fairly priced for what we offer compared to other local clubs. We offer top quality Facilities & Coaching in the area with a competitive membership subscription rate.
Previously; Our membership secretary had to take every single payment entry off the bank statement and formulate a spreadsheet of who had paid what. The membership secretary was expected to know what category every member was in. There was no set payment structure like we have now (either in full or in 6 equal payments across 6 months) so some members would pay random amounts. The whole process of getting the statement from the treasurer, filtering the information out, realising that someone hadn’t paid could take a few days. So just chasing one person would take ages. With 500+ playing members, you can imagine, the scale of admin this produced for the membership secretary. It was a ridiculous task for one person to achieve in a voluntary role.
Remember:
- If you select to ‘Pay by installments’, your account will be debited each month for 6 months until your membership has been fully paid
Returning Club Members
You will receive an annual email informing you that registration is open to pay membership. This email will contain a one time log in 'token' link. Use this to re-register for the coming season. Please ensure that you check your details and medical history are correct and ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY so that you are charged the correct amount.
Alternatively, log in to the website and follow the steps it takes you through to complete re-registration.
U8 - U14 juniors
- We have a waiting list for most age groups, so please renew membership by 18th August, after which places will be opened up to new members. If you need to delay the decision, email [email protected] to hold your place.
Adults and U16/18 juniors
- If you have not set up a payment or discussed payment options with us by 31st October 2022, you will not be eligible for selection
- If you have not set up a payment or discussed payment options with us by 30th November 2022, you will not be eligible to train
