GMS
Last season England Hockey introduced a new Game Management System (GMS) designed to bring together all hockey leagues under one structure & on one website. This includes digitising match sheets (removing paper ones) & only having to enter match scores on one website, alongside allocating umpires all under one roof.
This season all league (adult and junior) players must be registered and allocated to Isca HC before they can be added to a team sheet (this is now done online). Once you have created your profile, it will stay with you throughout your playing career and record appearances and goals.
If you have moved clubs you’ll need to get an email releasing you from your previous club, and forward it to [email protected] to ask for the transfer to Isca. If you’ll be playing for both clubs (eg juniors can have a junior and a senior club) just ask gms support to add Isca as a second club.

Team Captains
If you are a team captain, once you have signed up to GMS (as a player), you should be assigned as a "Team Admin" to the appropriate team. Thereafter you should be able to use the system to find out all the info you need - please read through this page & watch the training video for Team Admins: https://www.youtube.com/embed/n2JuZK-1qlk
Isca & UoE captains
With respect to using clubbuzz & GMS in tandem, we will select players on a Tuesday via a selection meeting & notify them via Cubbuzz, and pre-populate match sheets and confirm them after each match via GMS. This will be the process for our women's 1's squad from the 25th Sept. For all other women's teams, we are waiting on West Hockey telling us what to do about match sheets prior to GMS working properly for these teams. We will update this webpage as we find out more from England Hockey.
