| Match Report | Scorers: Annabel Gulliver, Fiona Faulkes, Sophie Forrest Player of the match: Maddy Davies Isca was dominant from the offset but like last week we found ourselves a goal down against the run of play. We then fought back with great link up play and Sophie Forrest scored with a lifted push into the corner. We then got another goal to go into half time ahead- it was a great team goal with quick passes up to Fi Faulkes who slotted it in. Exe were stronger in the second half but Annabel Gulliver got Isca another goal with a 1v1 against the keeper. The last 10 minutes saw Exe pile on lots of pressure and they managed to get a goal back. Overall it was another promising match for us to start the season with. |
