Women's 2s Vs Plymouth Marjon

Isca 2s faced Plymouth at home today, in a very tense 0-0 draw. The game started well with isca playing some fluid attacking hockey, only to be denied by the Plymouth goalkeeper. Despite some pressure from Plymouth in the last 15 minutes of the first half, isca defended well to keep a clean sheet going into half time. The second half was a very even battle, with the defence staying strong with convincing tackles from Billie and Clara at the back. A great passing manoeuvre from Anna and Jules nearly resulted in a goal, however it slipped just wide of the post. All the team put in a great effort today to take away a valuable point.
