Isca HC Kit
Isca Club Kit - Club shop CURRENTLY CLOSED until SEPTEMBER (date TBC).
We are thrilled to announce that Y1 Hockey are our new club kit provider going forwards into the start of the 2020/21 season.
We encourage our members to have a look and purchase their playing kit if they are aiming to play for any of our senior/league sides during the upcoming season.
Our committee researched numerous kit providers offerings over the last season and after some analysis, and alongside member consulation, the decision to go with Y1 was unanimous. The plan is to stay with Y1 initially for 3 years, then we will consult you the members to see what you would like to do. So I would say it’s more than likely going to be more than 3 years.
Our new playing kit designs are below:
Men's design (left) & womens design (right).
Our full kit offering includes: Playing shirt, GK smock, skort/shorts, socks, round necked jumper, quarter zip jumper, tracksuit bottoms, training top, leggings, baselayer, t-shirt and padded jacket.
What does this change mean for you?
Starting this season 2020/21, there will be a new approach to club kit, mainly with respect to playing shirts. Historically the club have provided the shirts, and for some years now we’ve been playing in 3-4 different colours and styles. So, rather than the club owning the shirts and the captains distributing them each week, this seemed like a good opportunity to allow members to own their own playing shirt, just like every other piece of kit. We want to keep bringing the club together and we feel that playing in the same kit will help to achieve this.
The aim is to have all Isca ladies and men’s league teams in the new kit for the start of the coming season (2020/2021).
As a club, during the coming season (2020/2021) we will continue to play in our existing away kit - red mind shirts on the mens side of the club, alongside our pink away strips on the ladies side (existing club owned sets of shirts). However, we will be revisiting our approach to away shirts during the coming season as we would like to transition to playing in Y1 kit across all home and away fixtures if possible.
We would like to recognise the successful history of our Masters sides and the current strength of our Masters squads. As such, we have consulted with members of our masters squads during the design process and are pleased to announce that a masters playing shirt is available to purchase from our club shop. This shirt will look largely similar to the standard playing shirt to allow our masters members to only have to purchase one shirt.
Our junior members are welcome to purchase any kit items that will be available in our club shop although our junior teams will continue to have their match shirts provided by the club during the coming season. These sets of shirts will be made up of shirts that have previously been used by our leagues sides on a Saturday. However, any league aspiring juniors may want to purchase a shirt in preparation.
We have been working with a group of our club goalkeepers to design a club smock and are thrilled that this design is avilable to buy in our club shop.
